For the last 20+ years, Ms. Smith has been employed as a litigation legal assistant, participating in more than 20&nbsp;jury trials or major hearings at various locations across the United States. In 2004, Ms. Smith joined Goldberg Kohn as its litigation legal assistant supervisor. She continues to support the attorneys in all phases of litigation, as well as supervising the legal assistant and docket clerk staff of the litigation department.
