  • Represented relator in a False Claims Act case before the U.S. Supreme Court, where the Court unanimously ruled that telecoms participating in the federal E-Rate program supporting school and library connectivity can be sued for excess payouts under the False Claims Act because the subsidy’s funds are provided through the U.S. Treasury.
  • Represented whistleblowers in all stages of False Claims Act cases involving healthcare and other industries.
  • Litigated actions in multiple jurisdictions through discovery and obtained a favorable settlement for a private lender against borrowers and guarantors that breached loan and guaranty agreements.
  • Represented an investment firm in a matter involving international fraud and assisted in multi-jurisdictional discovery, leading to a favorable settlement for the client.
  • Represented bank client in resolving multiple Workplace Violence Protection Act matters to obtain emergency orders of protection or settlement agreements for the benefit of managers and executives confronting harassing former customers.
  • Represented a Fortune 25 national bank in a 15-day FINRA arbitration matter involving allegations of wrongful termination, among other claims, ultimately defeating the wrongful termination claim.
  • Represented tenant manufacturer in litigation, including trial, for breach of commercial lease action, obtaining judgment for the client as well as payment of attorneys’ fees and costs for the client.
