William Meyers and Harleen Kaur to Speak at The Anti-Fraud Coalition’s 25th Annual Conference

On November 5 and 6, 2025, Litigation Group Principal William (Bill) Meyers will present “Navigating Bankruptcy in False Claims Act Cases” and Litigation Group Counsel Harleen Kaur will participate on the "False Claims Act 101" panel at The Anti-Fraud Coalition’s 25th Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.

Drawing on his extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters in courts nationwide, Bill will discuss key issues that arise at the intersection of bankruptcy and False Claims Act litigation. Harleen will be part of a panel discussing the basics of the False Claims Act and how it's used to combat fraud against the government.

The event will take place in Washington, D.C., and will be a three-day deep dive into the latest developments in the False Claims Act and related enforcement programs.
